Avonelle retired from the Yadkin Valley Economic Development District (YVEDDI) as Finance Officer, she served as Secretary/Treasurer of Richmond Hill Law School. She was born and was the daughter of Delbert and Vera Dinkins. Avonelle Dinkins Vestal, 92, passed away at Yadkin Nursing Center on Saturday April 23, 2022.
